Trying Something New...
How about Comments? They're here!
Granted, this Substack has only been live since December, 2024, but our little effort to tell people about C’s Journey into more supplements and less allopathic intervention honestly has not gotten the traction I had hoped it would, so I decided to implement a Comments Section much sooner than planned to see if that might get readers more involved and more interested in taking control of their own health destiny. Comments are open to Subscribers only because I don’t want our little corner of the internet overrun by spammers. Substack, from everything I have observed as a writer and as a Subscriber, does a very good job of protecting our e-mail addresses. You can safely Subscribe to any Substack, and there are a lot of great ones on Substack.com, many are definitely better than mine, I have to admit. If you give Substack a try, I think you’ll be glad you did.
Substack also has an App that looks very good but I’m just not into using a little cell phone for real computer work when I have a nice big monitor and a real keyboard.☺ If your favorite internet access method is your cell phone, the Substack App looks much better for reading Posts than cell phone browsers. When I write new Posts, I can preview them as App users would see them in addition to being able to preview browser presentations, and, as I have mentioned here and in other Posts, there is some great content on Substack. Many times, you may not even realize that the work you’re reading is actually hosted on Substack because writers can point their domain name to their Substack Postings. For example, a site that I mention on my Reading List, The Midwestern Doctor, is a Substack with his own domain name pointed to it. Check it out! It’s an informative Site.
It’s my goal to make this Substack helpful, informative, accurate, timely, and succinct, but often these goals are mutually exclusive so please use the new Comments button below or e-mail me directly with suggestions. Note that all new Posts will have a Comments button but I’m not certain if I will add that Button to older Posts.
Be sure to Subscribe so you can receive all future Posts and keep up with whatever happens as a result of Reader Comments! You can easily Unsubscribe at any time.
